If the pump leaks after replacing the pressure cylinder seals from the 0500400 PGHH full service kit, or if dismantling the cylinder to replace seals is not preferred, we recommend replacing the entire pressure cylinder. This service kit includes a preassembled pressure cylinder, allowing the entire assembly to be replaced without the need for dismantling the cylinder. The service kit includes internal parts that require opening the pump. Working with the service kit is only allowed for skilled personnel.
The preassembled pressure cylinder contains following items:
- pressure cylinder
- O-rings 10*2 mm, 14.3*2.4 mm and 15*2.5 mm for pressure cylinder
- 2 x check valve with springs and O-rings 2.5*1 mm
- liquid suction hose with connector
The service kit also contains 2 x O-rings 67*3 mm for reservoir, which are recommended to be replaced when replacing the pressure cylinder.
